birthday boy.

time right now
to tell you
all the greatness
that went down
last night.
.but let me just say
a quick
happy birthday
to my love, husband.
.it's hard to believe
that i've know husband
since he was 22
and
he turned 27
this year.
.it doesn't feel like
it has been that long.
.it's also hard to
believe what a difference
this year has made.
for husband's bday
we picked out a suit
because
we were preparing
for pharmacy school
interviews.
.now here we are in
chucktown
in pharmacy school
with new friends
and new faces.
.may this year
be as good as last.
