I was just thinking about Odessa and I thought I would share a fun story.
(Or tragic depending on how you look at it.)
I hope my new friend doesn't mind me sharing her great experience.
So while in Odessa we make daily trips to Walmart because
in reality there is nothing else to do.
Really.
There's nothing else to do.
So the other day my new friend Genna
took her daily trip to the Wally World.
She did the stroll and found the needed items and went to check out.
The checkout lady preceeded to check her out and said.
"You're not from here are you?"
"No I'm not" - G
"Well your lucky because everybody around here thinks girls are hos.
You lucky you ain't got HOdessa written all over you."
To that I say, I can't with that.
(My way of saying.... SERIOUSLY?)
Oh dear.
Isn't our late President George W. Bush's home town just super.
